Who I am.
Gavin Petersen. Full-stack developer, web designer, and the whole team at PetersenSoftwares. I live and work in Santa Clarita, and most of my clients are local businesses in Valencia, Newhall, Saugus, Canyon Country, Castaic, and Stevenson Ranch — plus remote clients across the rest of the US. Alongside client work, I'm the founder of Stager Tech, an AI-native home staging platform I build and run from Santa Clarita.
I hand-code everything rather than assembling it in a page builder like Wix or Squarespace. That's not purism — it's why my sites load fast, read clearly, and ship with real SEO structure from the first line.
