Real Estate Websites
Real estate websites that make you the obvious call.
Hand-coded sites for individual agents and small teams. Your name, your neighborhoods, your sold listings — built to stand apart from the brokerage template and put your number in front of buyers and sellers.
The brokerage page makes you interchangeable.
Every agent at your brokerage gets the same profile page: same layout, same colors, your headshot swapped in where the last agent's used to be. That page exists to promote the brokerage, and it lists you shoulder to shoulder with every other agent in the office. When a seller is comparing three names their neighbor mentioned, a template page gives them nothing to remember you by.
A real estate agent website that's actually yours flips that. It's your name in the domain, your face, your track record, and your way of working — with no competing agents one click away. And unlike the brokerage page, it comes with you if you ever change offices. In a business built on personal trust, being interchangeable is the most expensive thing you can be.
What an agent site actually needs.
- Your personal brand: real photo, real story, your license number
- A sold and active listings section that shows your track record
- Pages for the neighborhoods you actually know
- Lead capture that rings your phone, not a shared inbox
- A place for your clients' reviews, in their own words
- Loads fast on a phone, where most buyers are looking
On listings: some agents want full property search, others just want their current and sold listings displayed well. I can integrate with your MLS/IDX provider — tell me which one you use and I'll tell you what's possible before we start — or build a clean featured-listings section you update as deals close. Either way, the reviews on the site are your clients' real words, and every contact form goes straight to you. For the full picture of what a build includes, see custom website development.
Win your neighborhoods.
I live in Santa Clarita, so I know how local this market is. Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Canyon Country, and Newhall each have their own buyers, their own price points, and their own search habits — and an agent who can speak to one neighborhood specifically beats a generic "serving all of Southern California" page every time. A page about what you know in Stevenson Ranch does more for you than a hundred generic keywords. If you're local we can meet in person, and if you work another market entirely, the same approach applies there. More on working with me locally at web design in Santa Clarita.
Slow sites lose leads.
Buyers browse listings from their phone — in line at the store, at an open house down the street, at midnight when a new listing alert lands. If your site takes six seconds to paint because it's a heavy template stuffed with sliders, they're back to the portal before your headshot loads. Every site I build is written by hand to be light, so your pages open instantly and your number is one tap away. I go deeper on this in why website speed matters.
Straight pricing, simple process.
You explain commissions for a living, so you'll appreciate a clean deal: we talk once about your business and what the site needs to do, and you get a straight number, not a range that grows. I write every line myself, you review the site as it comes together, and when it launches you own it outright — no forced monthly platform fee, no lease on your own brand. I published a plain-language breakdown of how much a website costs so you can see the numbers before we ever talk.

Agent questions.
How much does a real estate agent website cost?
It depends on what the site needs to do. A personal site with your story, your neighborhoods, and a listings section is a very different project from a big build with search tools and client accounts. Tell me what you're after and I'll give you a straight number after one conversation. There's also a plain-language breakdown in how much a website costs.
Can you connect my site to the MLS or an IDX feed?
In most cases, yes. IDX providers typically offer embeds, widgets, or feeds that can be built into a custom site, and I can integrate with your MLS/IDX provider once I know which one you use. Tell me the provider and I'll tell you exactly what's possible before we start. If you'd rather keep things simple, a hand-picked featured-listings section works well for a lot of agents.
My brokerage already gives me a profile page. Why do I need my own site?
Because that page belongs to the brokerage, not to you. It looks like every other agent's page, it promotes the brokerage's brand above yours, and if you ever switch brokerages it disappears. Your own site is an asset you keep for your whole career, and it's the one place online where you aren't listed next to your competition.
Do you only work with agents in Santa Clarita?
No. I live in Santa Clarita and I'm happy to meet local agents in person, but everything works just as well over calls and texts, so agents and small teams anywhere in the country are welcome. More general answers are on my FAQ page.
